Résumé : Une cliente a été prélevée 10 fois pour un même montant de 88,80 euros suite à des erreurs d’achats affichant un statut accepté. Après vérification, 9 remboursements ont été effectués. Une analyse approfondie a été lancée pour comprendre l’origine du problème et vérifier s’il était isolé. Un ticket de développement a été ouvert pour traiter l’erreur de commande liée à ce dysfonctionnement. Un correctif a finalement été livré en version R6.1.
